RDL Therapeutic Outpatient Health and Wellness

My daughter has been going for a few months and for years I have had to to P.T but wouldn't go because every place I had tried I didn't care for the workers. But here they are wonderful, no words can explain how grateful I am for this place and the team. My daughter our daughter has gain confidence in herself since going there and she looks forward to it. I just started going this week and it's not ugh I have to go no I want to go. We have been working with Sean and Chris as our Physical therapist and they are great and have a great sense of humor. You can't tell if they are having a bad day or not. The Front staff is always welcoming and personable. They have an excellent staff clean facility and they're conveniently located. Everyone is very professional and friendly as well as trustworthy. I always feel better when I leave and I highly recommend them. I tell everyone to go there for therapy.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. I enjoyed my time of getting my treatment here. Only thing that was a minor issue is that they will stick to their no show policy no matter what and even if you call the same day explaining why I could not make my appointment due to work. I had two occasions that were unexpected that kept me from making my appointment. One due to work and other a family emergency. I was expecting to pay for one because the family emergency was a last minute thing that came up close to my appointment time and I did not call at all. The only thing that kind of made me of upset is that I continued to go for my weekly appointments for some time after I missed those appointments, and I was never told I owed anything. Always apprehensive when going someplace for the first time, but thankfully it was a very pleasant experience, from checking in to checking out. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and Veronica (therapist) did an amazing job. Very good experience and highly recommended.

RDL is has a warm and welcoming environment as soon as you step through the door. The Staff and personnel are friendly, warm, kind, courteous and caring. They give their all to ensure the customer is taken care, satisfied , but most of all comfortable. During your treatments or sessions everything is explained to you for a better understanding. I will recommend anyone to RDL, and I would go again.
