I came here for an initial eye visit in 2025. When I called on January 7, 2026 at 2:30 pm they said they would send my prescription as soon as possible when I called them on January 8, 2026 at 11:00 am they said they would send it as soon as possible again. When I asked what that meant, the girl at the front desk got an attitude with me And said the sooner she got off the phone call the sooner she could send the prescription so when I asked about the owners information or the office manager’s information, she said that she was in charge and when I asked to clarify, “So YOU are the office manager?”, she said that she wasn’t but if anybody else in the office could give any other information it would be some other person who wasn’t the office manager. First of all I could not believe my great good luck in being able to schedule a new patient appointment the same day that I inquired. I was very concerned about a change in vision affecting my right eye, and wanted to be seen as soon as possible, and being able to get in that same day was hugely reassuring, especially since it was a Friday afternoon. Secondly, I could not have asked for a kinder, more patient and more thorough doctor than Dr. Cody Lee. His extensive evaluation allowed him to reassure me that a simple change in my prescription was all that would be necessary to return my vision to normal. I’m immensely grateful and would recommend him and his staff enthusiastically to anyone.

My experience was awesome but it felt supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! I made my appointment online (very convenient) as I was also able to fill out some paperwork before arriving for my visit. Front of house staff were pleasant, inviting and informative. I was given my financial liability numbers (my cost after insurance validates what portion they will cover.). I had the great fortune to have my exam, refraction, etc., with Dr. Draper OD. Great communication, efficient and thorough. I went with his suggestion to try a new brand of contacts. The RX turns out was perfect and I’m certain when I receive my glasses I’ll be just as elated. I’m thankful to share my feedback in hopes that everyone reading will have a big win too! Have been coming back for several years. They are professional and quick to call me at time of my appointment. Doctor explained results l, tests were done timely. In and out within less than 30 minutes

Office staff was borderline unfriendly. Optometrist was curt, almost rude, did not provide his name at any point during our appointment. The only reason I knew his name was from the prescription he provided. Will not visit this office again as I would rather give my money to an office that wants my business and won’t treat me like an inconvenience. While leaving this review I wasn’t surprised to see that multiple people have had similar experiences. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
