We were told that they were equipped for dementia patients for a 20 day rehab. They in fact were not! In the less than 6 hours that he was there, he fell and broke his hip. 0 out of 10 would recommend even temporarily.

MY MOTHER WAS HERE TEMPORARILY FOR REHAB AND WHEN SHE GOT SICK, SHE PULLED THE EMERGENCY BUTTON IN THE BATHROOM AND WAS TOLD HER NURSE WAS BUSY. MY MOTHER WAS VOMITING BLOOD AND HAD BLOODY STOOL. SHE WAS ABLE TO GET HERSELF BACK TO THE BED AND WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON HER, IT HAD BEEN 20 MINUTES AND A NURSE HAD YET TO CHECK ON HER. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND ONCE I RAISED CANE, THEY PUT ME ON THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE THAT SAID THEY WOULD GO CHECK ON HER. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING.

RNRC staff is so friendly and go above and beyond to help their residents and their families! John Thomas is a wonderful physical therapist and I personally have seen improvement daily. Lesia, the administrator has an open door policy and families and residents can reach out to her anytime. The building has been remodeled and is fresh and clean on the inside. The doctors associated with RNRC are the best of the best and are considered a close team to the facility and are available at anytime when they are needed.
