Ray's Pharmacy - Tioga

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used an I thought Walgreens was horrible but this place tops the cake!! They are never in a hurry to greet you at the count even though they see you standing there waiting! Also website and automated recording says they are open on Saturdays till 1 and I've been calling since 9:30am an absolute no-one will answer the phone!! Alot of the staff are beyond rude!!! I'm about to switch to Tioga Pharmacy, they will notify you when your meds are done even if you didn't call in your refills which is amazing they stay on top their clients unlike Rays!!!! They couldn't care less if you get your meds on time!! I would not suggest Rays to anyone

Consistently fail to order one medication timely over several months. Poor customer service, no apology offered for their failure. I plan to transfer all my family medication to a pharmacy that can meet our needs. Clearly they have no concern with keeping a customer.

I won't bother using them again. We got a prescription for a nebulizer for my daughter. She has been wheezing and has been sick the last couple of days. The doctor listed only 4 pharmacies we could get the nebulizer from, which we chose this one because it's closest to our home. I arrived at approximately 4 o'clock. I went through the drive through and was told by the lady I could pull around to the front and come in to pick it up, that it wouldn't take long. After entering the store, I waited around for a little bit for her to pull the insurance and everything they need to do on their end. Home town fast and friendly service. And when they notify you that your prescription is ready, it's actually ready. Great job, Ray's!

Small businesses are a great place to do shopping and Ray’s Pharmacy has that touch. I have been going to this pharmacy for a few months and I have to say they definitely beat the bigger pharmacy’s. When Walgreens takes days to have a prescription filled because they are out of your prescription, Ray’s Pharmacy was able to fill and provide it that same day. The staff has always been helpful when I ask for anything, if they don’t have it on their shelf they offer to get it. Ray’s Pharmacy is definitely my go to pharmacy.
