Customer Reviews
They do NOT treat their customers well. They play ALOT of games. Twice in 2019 I was OVER CHARGED and they were making customers pay 40$ extra dollars for the meds medicaid was already paying full price for...when medicaid caught wind of it they made them refund everyone and I still got cheated they didn't refund the full amount paid then I only got 1 month back not the 2 months I paid for. Fast forward to 2025 for NO REASON they tell me they can't fill my meds no more after being with them since 2019 b/c i don't have multiple scripts to fill with them and they aren't profiting ENOUGH. Walgreens was put of the meds so I tried to get them filled recently with Rays they told me go back to Walgreens they aren't taking new patients...I was NOT a new patient and that's a LIE! My friend had just
Me and 2 of their team members have the same BIRTHDAY..
More than once the doctor has called in prescriptions for either myself or my kids I call almost 24 hours later and they proceed to say they never even checked their calls so they didn’t even no we had anything called in ! How are you a pharmacy and don’t even bother to check your calls. Not to mention how many times I’ve stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me to only be ignored or get told we will be with you in a minute 30 minutes later nobody has spoken or even looked my direction so I get frustrated and leave without the medicine. Then when they actually do have the prescription filled I don’t get alerted I always have to call to see if it’s ready and I ask what’s the cost I get told your insurance covers it only to get there and find out my insurance only covers pa
Ray’s is a much more civilized and personable experience than the big box pharmacies. They’re always fast and courteous. They could use a little help in the notification alerts, but great place overall. Definitely recommend
Generally great. My mom has been a customer here for at least 18 years. Never had any problems until the last couple years. New faces and they don't seem to understand empathy. Example: we got a text that the meds were ready, only to get there from 40 minutes away (yeah, my mom is that loyal to Ray's) and only 1 script was ready. We should have called to see what all was ready, I admit. The problem is that the girl offers no empathy, no apology, simply states how the text messaging works. No acknowledgement of frustration. Having previously worked in customer service for several years, even a simple "I'm sorry for the miscommunication" is acceptable. Rather than this though, she coldly stayed policy like a regurgitated script while trying to hide her annoyance when I stated my annoyance. I
