Dr Topp is amazing and knowledgeable. He is the only doctor in Brunswick that I trust. He has helped me with back pain and shoulder pain. He doesn’t force any procedures on you. He listens to what you want and will discuss options. I have recommended a lot of people to him. Everyone has thanked me for the recommendation.

Dr Topp. I had an appointment with Dr. Topp on 1-7-2026. The appointment was scheduled by the Department of Labor, federal man's comp. I live in Jacksonville, Fla. and drove 83 miles for this appointment. There are no doctors in the Jacksonville area that will work with the Department of Labor to give a second opinion on a needed surgery. Dr. Topp was concerned about the money that the DOL was paying me for being out of work. I retired after over 42 1/2 years of working for the DOD on regular retirement not workers comp. After reading the office notes from two other doctors that I've seen that recommended back surgery for me, he started that it was a very involved and lengthy surgery that would cost a lot of money. He recommended not having the surgery and instead try a spinal cord stimu

Dr Topp is a fantastic Spine doctor and person. Dr Topp preformed surgery on my wife for sciatic nerve pain and did a awesome job. Now, my wife isn't in excruciating pain all the time. What a fantastic relief and change to her quality of life. Not only did Dr Topp do a great job on his surgery, he kept in contact with my wife and I every day she was in the hospital and he sent his PA, Jonathan, to visit with us in the hospital. Then, after we went home, Dr Topp personally called us to check on my wife on Memorial Day weekend. Both of them showed compassion, dedication, and professionalism in their service to my wife as their patient. I want to personally thank them both for such a great job and showing us they care so much about their patients. AWESOME JOB!

Topp’s answer to back pain is multiple surgical injections. This is just a band-aid to the actual problem and doesn’t fix anything! 3 injections and several thousands of dollars later, he finally heard me say the pain wasn’t in my spine, it was to the right of it and in my hip. He wanted to do yet another injection! No thanks! I’d suffer for the rest of my life before I would go to this guy again! Beware! I think he’s in kahoots with the surgery center.

Wonderful Dr! He Spends time explaining everything. Doesn’t rush through appointments. I have never waited over 10 minutes to be seen in his office. His nurse and receptionist are both wonderful also.
