Fantastic service- Ten stars! I was exploring sunglass options with my 17 year old son when Kalle asked if he could clean my sunglasses. Kalle took the time to shine them, screw the loose frames and adjust them for me. For my son to witness what amazing customer service and courtesy looks like from another man was a legit life lesson! We are both so impressed by Kalle!

I was there on 8/4/24 excited to get my shades. I was greeted by Alexandra who was very kind and courteous. She took the time to help me get the perfect shades. Showed me plenty of options and even let me go outside to see how they performed. It was a nice visit with great customer service. That’s exactly what I was looking for. So if you’re local, do yourself a favor and just come to the Ray Ban store in Fashion Island. Great product of course but the customer service really makes it worthwhile.

The staff was friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable — they helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses that fit my face and style perfectly. The store was clean, bright, and had a great selection, including some limited editions I hadn’t seen anywhere else. What really stood out was the customer service — they didn’t rush me, explained all the lens options, and even made sure the fit was adjusted just right before I left. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for authentic Ray-Bans and great service. I’ll be coming back for prescription

Customer service was excellent! Alex, I think was her name, was very patient with me as I was looking for a pair of glasses for not only myself but my mom as well. She advised me on what style would sit nicely on my face and gave me lots of options to choose from. She was even able to bring the sides of the glasses in to fit my abnormally small head. She asked me lots of questions to help me find the best pair for my mom that would fit her style. She has a great eye for style and trend. Would 100% go back and ask for her help and expertise again. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. 5 stars, ask for Alex!

I stopped by Ray-Ban recently and had such a great experience thanks to Alex! She was super friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. She helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses that actually fit my face shape (which is always a struggle), and she made the whole process fun instead of overwhelming. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find something they’ll love. I’ll definitely be coming back, Alex made the experience 10x better!
