Wonderful experience with this whole office. I was visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency the day before a holiday. The front desk office staff helpfully fit me in and everyone was so kind and understanding. They got my filling fixed, and I’m incredibly grateful to them for a vastly improved beach vacation. I wish I lived in the area because this is exactly the sort of independently owned, local and friendly vibe I value in a dental office.
I am beyond thrilled with the level of care I received from the entire staff. The reception Staff so friendly and inviting. The dental assistant was wonderful and considerate of my comfort. I can rave all day about Dr. Britton’s talent and bed side manner! You are an amazing team and I’d refer you to anyone! Jayla
In town for work and had a dental emergency. I have to say, this office is hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. Staff was super helpful and Dr. Britton explained everything every step of the way. I have never been so comfortable in a dentist chair. Highly recommend Dr. Britton and his awesome team! Price was as quoted and very fair.
Thank you, Ravenel Family Dentistry! From the moment I called, Susan was awesome, getting my husband’s X-rays from another dentist he’d just had done and getting him scheduled the same day for a much needed extraction. All the staff was so friendly and the doctor took care of him, getting us in and out in 30 minutes…quick and mostly painless :) and with no dental insurance, the cost was reasonable and affordable.
Went in for a single tooth extraction. Before I even get to the counter, the receptionist asked if So&so is my grandmother, I guess we look alike. Apparently, she knew her. Town of 3,000 people, so, yeah probably did. I guess she didn't like her because I was denied because I needed to make 2 payments to cover the tooth work. Nope! "We only accept full payments.". Went to a more well known place I thought was for upperclassmen, not only did they pull my tooth, allowed me to make the 2 payments, AND they were 26 bucks cheaper. AVOID THIS PLACE !!! #evilvibes
