I had a top-notch experience seeing Kelsey when I needed PT after a hamstring injury. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, inquisitive, and willing to hone in on my unique goals and needs (which was getting back to teaching dance at my full capacity). Kelsey was often willing to adjust the care plan, try new things, and was so encouraging when I was feeling defeated. Most importantly, my leg is much better and stronger. Thank you Kelsey!

This was my 3rd time to hire Ratner center for therapy. This experience was excellent at the highest level. Every one working there seemed to know my name ad greeted me so warmly! My therapist was Kelsey. She was so knowledgeable & was so sweet that I looked forward to coming to therapy every time. I was able to function without most of the pain I was having. Thank You Kelsey and Ratner center. Tom was really good too when Kelsey was not available. I appreciate all of you guys and the great experience!

I have had 5 different times I needed PT. Jen and the entire staff are professional, friendly and really listen to your issues. Everything they do is totally tailored to your needs. With each of my surgeries after therapy I had complete recovery and am leading my normal life again pain free. All the therapist and technicians are knowledgeable and they all very encouraging. The best place ever!!!!

We received care after a knee replacement surgery. We looked at several different centers for physical therapy. This was the first one that offered us a tour and explained what the next steps were. Lisa M. was our therapist and she put my husband at ease and when giving us the first assessment she even helped with some exercises he was already doing. She was kind, caring, and checked on his pain level when she was working with him. The center was clean and well kept. The assessment rooms were private and quiet and allowed you to speak with your therapist. Making appointments was easy and they let you make most of them at the same time. We were very pleased over all with the staff and the center and the care we received.

My experience at Ratner Center for Physical Therapy and Wellness was very positive. The environment was always clean and spacious. The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in. Most times there was no wait. This place was always busy but there was ample room. The therapists and their assistants all communicated clearly and involved me in my treatment process. Michelle,Dan, Janet, Lizzy and Heather always made me feel at home.
