Felt that my personal space was violated during the visit. Doctor was too close and would touch my legs when speaking to me, and unzipped my clothes when he needed to examine things. I think a helpful note to improve services is to ask your patients to do that themselves. Was charged for a virtual telehealth visit after the office initiated a call with me. Otherwise, front desk staff was nice.
