I’ve used RARx twice now and both times the experience was great. The staff is helpful and takes the time to make sure you understand your medication. I haven’t had any shipping delays and the medicine is always packed well/at the proper temperature. They have also been the more affordable option when I have compared prices. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with RARx was very good! My doctor ordered my medications for me and I had them on my doorstep the next day. The delivery was on time and the medications were kept safe and in an iced container so they were okay on my doorstep until I got home. The only part of the process that was a bit frustrating was the processing time. I spoke with my nurse around 8am, and was told to call to pay for my prescriptions and set up shipping (I needed to begin taking these medications the following day) and when I called I was told the order was still processing. However, about 3.5 hours later, I got a text that they were ready to be shipped and was able to call and get them paid for and shipped right away. Getting someone on the phone was also extremely easy and quick!

Staff is very professional and friendly. Never had a problem with my meds being received on time. Fast shipping. I love that they value their customers enough to use a very reliable carrier. UPS is the best

Great communications. Speedy answers by emails and we can always call them as well. The medications arrived on time and were packaged very well. I loved how they put the information and labels on every bag for medications and syringes. That really helped! Thank you! I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to others!

I called and scheduled a prescription pickup for 2pm. They took 45 minutes to bring out my prescription which is terrible service. The order should’ve already been filled so what took them so long to just bring it 25 yards to the designated pickup location? If I could give zero stars I would. Y’all have to do better.
