Rapid Doc Urgent Care was great ! Very Very clean & nice setup!Dr Pouldar had a very soothing manner too him! Every one was so professional- friendly & knowledgeable Reason for my visit was to have my ears cleaned that where stuffed up !! Jessica- medical technician did the procedure! All good ! Thanks everyone ! I would refer Rapid Docs !! It save me from going to my medical doctor just to get my ears cleaned!! They also took my insurances Regards! 5 🌟 Stars

This is the nicest Urgent Care I have ever experienced. The staff and doctor were both incredibly kind and thorough throughout the treatment process. The place itself is incredibly clean and peaceful.

Doctor David Pouldar is by far one of the kindest, friendliest medical professionals I have ever dealt with. His energy and sense of humor made a very painful situation somewhat more bearable. I cut myself this morning and went in to get some stitches. Wonderful bedside manner, very caring. The numbing needle was worse than the stitches and they brought me water and ice packs and tried to keep my mind occupied and not on the needle. :-) Did a nice job with stitches, too. Very thorough explanation. I did a walk-in without an appointment and they were able to see me right away. The facility is very clean, big, and had tons of free parking. This is hands down my my favorite urgent care in all of Los Angeles, and they accept my HMO insurance. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and the staff is helpful and kind. My visits were never more than an hour from walk-in wait to leaving, even less when I make an appointment. I wanted to head in today, but it seems the hours have been reduced. I hope this is temporary 😭

Oh man. This is by far and the best of the best urgent care known to human kind and I've been to most (have boys, it happens frequently). Dr. Was great, frint desk great, nurse great 👍 👌 just fantastic and I hate hospitals and urgent care clinics! You MUST switch to this one. Saved me SO much time. Felt like a medical In-N-Out!!!
