It’s dirty. Waiting room and exam rooms. Made an appointment. Filled out online paperwork. Waited and sat for 40m with my 3 year old then she said she needed additional information for insurance . And let a walk in go in the room before us. Waited an additional 10m for her to tell us that she needed to call insurance. Tried calling said they were not answering and to self pay. Self paid $100. Which no one has been in the waiting room. Waiting over 40m for no one being in the clinic and then my sick 2 year waiting so long because she didn’t check insurance when we sat down?. With no one here is crazy. If it was busy I’d understand or if I didn’t make an appointment before a walk in went into a room. Next time don’t wait or use insurance. Just pay $100. Saw Dr for 2n then left.

Blanca at the front desk was so sweet!! So nice to have such a warm smile as the first encounter. The office was clean and the wait time were minimal. Monica the medical assistant made me feel comfortable and was super professional. Kia the nurse practitioner had great bedside manner!! She was knowledgeable and really thorough. I wish this was my primary care instead of just an urgent care. Will be referring this place to everyone.

This place is excellent! Crystal is exceptionally kind and professional. I hadn’t had a blood draw in a while and was a bit nervous at first, but her skill and expertise made the process completely painless. She handled everything perfectly. Thank you, Crystal!

Very rude lady who checks you in. Also she wanted to call my credit card into a “sister company”. Go somewhere else!

First, let me start off by saying Monica at the front desk is so sweet, nice, and welcoming. The clinic was very clean . The MA Blanca was so patient and nice to my mom. She answered all my mom’s questions and was very kind to her. The nurse practitioner Kia was very nice, caring, and understanding to my mom. Kia was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend coming here. The whole staff is awesome!!!!
