RapidCare Emergency Room - 24 Hr Conroe & Montgomery ER

I have been here twice and both times my experience was absolutely wonderful.. tonight I had a little scare with a cut that looked worse than it was, I walked in at 7:30 and was instantly greeted by a sweet lady named Danielle and within 3 minutes was taken back to a room. The hospital itself is very nice and clean. A very cheery and pleasant tech named Ashley came in and took my vitals. The nurse Gloria was very sweet and friendly and took great care of me. Dr. Kraft came in and had a great personality, made conversation with my daughter and assured me I didn't need stitches. Even though the cut was very minor everyone took great care of me from the time I walked in the door, I may have jumped the gun to go in, but I felt welcome and everyone made sure to treat me with care and respect. T

I cannot say enough good things about RapidCare ER, especially the nurses. From the moment I walked in, I felt seen, heard, and truly cared for. The nurses were compassionate, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything, checked on me often, and made a stressful situation feel manageable and calm. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. This team sets the bar high for emergency care. So grateful for them.

Amazing ! Period. Dr. Rosell and his nurse (I feel terrible that I cannot remember her name) and the medical assistant were all wonderful. They made me feel calm, taken care of , they had good bedside manner and knowledgeable . This was my first time there as I work down the street and needed care. So I was brought to this ER and everyone was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend if your need fast great care .

I chose to drive further to RapidCare ER verse a closer ER due to the very clean, quick and friendly service! Everyone was very caring and took the time to make you at ease, listen to concern and provide a thorough treatment. Nurse Matt is the absolute BEST! Dr. Uzor was wonderful! Only ER I will ever go to!!

Wonderfully kind staff, couldn’t ask for better!!!! Made me feel as comfortable as possible, professionalism at its best! Dr O along with nurse practitioner and medical assistant were very attentive and kind. I would say next time you have an emergency and are local to the area, this is the place to go!
