Rapid Urgent Care - Bogalusa

While previous experiences here have been good my most recent visit was not good at all. There were issues with processing my private insurance, the doctor barely looked at me, and even when asked for there were very little follow up instructions provided. They just put me in a boot and sent me out.

The visit was excellent. The staff was very attentive and took my health concerns serious. They even gave me a follow up call after my care to check on my healing progress. I've traveled around the world and their hospitality is second to none.

Front desk allowed me to sit in there while they were entertaining themselves, ignore me as if I was insignificant. When I finally got to see the Dr., I requested Z pack, but he said I didn’t need it, he said I only had a cold; he suggested that I keep coughing. I was sooo amazed at the service that I received.

Very quick to see me after i arrived. Absolutely loved the doctor that saw me. He took his time to explain what was going on and listen to what my worries were

Great service from clerk to physician! Dr. Kirsten is always amazing! He has a wonderful bedside manner and he respects your time & listens to what you have to say.
