Rapid Recovery: Sports Therapy and Performance

Injured my hamstring several months ago which then became a long term issue. Before seeing Taylor it had gotten to an almost unbearable level. From the first visit it was apparent his approach to physical therapy was different than anything I’ve ever received. His hands-on approach is refreshing and most importantly EFFECTIVE. In just a few visits the progress was astounding. Do not hesitate to make an appointment, you will not regret it. Taylor is professional, extremely knowledgeable and result oriented. He makes the sessions comfortable, enjoyable and his personality is top notch. Can’t recommend him enough.

Dr. Taylor Foster is an excellent PT. He does not blindly diagnose, he hears your whole story and tries out multiple diagnostic movements before helping you fully understand what your injury is. Highly recommend - first time doing dry needling as well and immediately saw better results than acupuncture.

Dr. Foster is the best physical therapist I’ve seen in a long time! I have been struggling with pain in my right knee, due to arthritis, for several years. None of my previous providers ever paid attention to my glutes until today. During today’s first PT session with Dr. Foster, I learned that the origin of my knee pain was coming from my glutes. Dr. Foster taught me a lot of useful exercises to practice in order to strengthen my glutes. I’m so happy that I found a provider who really took the time to listen to my concerns. This guy really knows his stuff! Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

I worked with Taylor on my knee and hamstring recovery, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s very respectful, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. What stood out the most was his personality he makes the sessions comfortable, encouraging, and even enjoyable. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly, I’ve made great progress, and I’m feeling much better.

Rapid Recovery has been working miracles on my many broken parts. Powerlifting injuries, post surgical, strained joints/muscles...he does it all. I also appreciate that he is matching my goals of more athletic movements and is willing to look beyond basic function to help me achieve more in my lifting. Excellent service for some looking to get right athletically.
