Rapid City Urgent Care

Claire and Cristol were so very helpful in helping me figure out my insurance issues. They were hospitable and patient with me while talking on the phone with my insurance and dealing with all of the frustrations that carries. I have been to this clinic twice and they are great! Very nice facility also.

We used to love this clinic and made them our primary. A month ago one Dr gave my son meds that would interact with another med he prescribed and wouldn’t listen when we talked. Today we called to talk about putting him on a different med that he has been on 6 weeks and the dr wanted to argue it’s been a week. ( it’s been almost 2 weeks since she increased it and he has been on it for a total of 6 weeks). I called pharmacy to double check I wasn’t going crazy. Apparently they loose paperwork as well. My son signed a paper saying it’s fine to give me information since he is over 18 ( yet they argued again) they apparently do not look at notes or write them in file with your name.
