My first visit to Rapid Care in Fayetteville for my 15 Year old daughter was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and supportive. We consulted Dr. Suriya Jayawardena (Dr. Jay), and he was amazing, professional, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend!

Have you text them...just to get asked dumb questions and be given the run around. "Are you accepting walk in patients?" Isn't a difficult question to answer.

Whoever at the front desk couldn't have cared less that me and my family were there. Whatever customer services these other accounts saw, was just not there. I called ahead of time to get my wife/kids tested for strep throat. Asked if they take walk-ins, yes. if they're taking walk-ins today, yes. Strep throat testing, yes. Told the receptionist we'll be there in few minutes. The receptionist said ok. Got there to find out that they weren't taking walk-ins until after lunch bc the doc just got got back from vacation and was still catching up. Had to drag my sick wife and kids to another clinic that had us taken care of inside an hour with prescriptions sent out. Worse was the succinct feeling they could care less about us or miscommunication. Sounds like they already have a good customer b

Good for urgent care, love the staff, not a great choice for PCP. They seem to be constantly short-staffed on Drs or Drs are always at other locations. I’ve been left without refills on my meds on weekends even after requesting days in advance. Very disappointed.

The Sanford location is great they even take walk-ins, but I never receive my prescriptions to my pharmacy and calling repeatedly doesn’t seem to help. This is my 3rd visit that my prescriptions were never sent in and it’s been 4 days since I was seen this time.
