Rapid Care: Adventist Health Physicians Network

I came in to get my finger x-rayed, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. The front desk staff was friendly, and my wait time was minimal. The technician, whose name I unfortunately missed, was also very friendly. The nurse practitioner, Loren, was also really nice and knowledgeable. He reviewed my x-rays with me and explained the regimen I should follow to help my finger heal. Overall, it was excellent service from start to finish.

Staff very nice and professional. The wait times in the patient room are too long. I do understand that it’s urgent care, and there are emergencies, but I would recommend shorter wait times.

I saw Dr. Joy for symptoms of vertigo and while my ears were not checked (and maybe they didn’t need to) he seemed knowledgeable about it and even called me the next day to see how I was feeling. (First time in years a doctor has done that!) Dr. Joy restored my faith in the urgent clinic, Thank you Dr. Joy!

I brought my granddaughter in who's 6 years old. She had a cold and a chest infection. We were seen promptly. The nurse was super sweet and very understanding with my granddaughter who was scared of the doctor all around. It was a very good experience

Front desk intake was fast and friendly. Took about two hours to be seen, but it was a busy afternoon. Nurse and doctor both very professional and friendly. Helped me with my meds refill and set me up to find a primary care doctor. Hope not to have to visit again, but would recommend to family friends if they can’t get in to see their doctor.
