Rapha Primary Care

Rapha is my primary care although I do not go to them often because I am now pregnant. So far I haven’t had any problems with primary care but on the urgent care side I’ve had so many issues. My wife got seen on a Thursday and the doctor said she would put her prescription in for her panic attacks and never did. We called multiple times on Friday and it still didn’t end up at our pharmacy. On Monday I had to go back up there just for them to put her prescription in. On Tuesday I went to get seen for itchy hands and feet which is consistent with cholestasis in pregnant women and the doctor kinda brushed me off. Because she knew my wife was having panic attacks she diagnosed me with anxiety itching without having any labs in hand. She still didn’t put the medicine in that she said she would

I am extremely unhappy with the service lately- it's gone completely downhill. I have been waiting on them to submit a prior auth for 1.5 weeks at this point, can't get a call back from the person who does them (which has apparently changed in the past week), the front desk was rude when I expressed frustration over this taking so long. My PCP is generally lovely, but this past time sent in the wrong Rx strength for refill and forgot to send in another I needed. I tried reaching out on their new system via message and no response there. This is truly ridiculous at this point.

I understand that you may or may not like your job and that's 100% understandable. We have our good days And we have our bad days but to talk to me or any other person Like, we're annoying you to some sort of degree is a little uncalled For. I understand that we may have our off days, or we may have our personal issues that can affect our days, but to talk to someone That's legally blind and has high-functioning autism like that is crazy and that was the receptionist

I love my doctor, his nurse, the office manager, the checkout girls, and the ease of setting appointments. I have been a patient here for 5 years, there have been a few hiccups that were resolved, and I don't think I could get the level of service that I have here anywhere else in Fayetteville. It does take a while to build good rapport with any new health team. That being said- I highly recommend these folks. Trust their process because it does actually work and you will feel like you're being cared for exceptionally well.

Very polite and knowledgeable. Too time to explain everything and the pharmacy is on site. All the workers polite and friendly. I felt like they cared not just a number. Amen
