I have been a patient of Dr. Hihal over the years. He is a great, smart doctor but I don’t know, what’s going on, recently. I’ve tried to schedule an appointment and was notify that none of the doctors in the GI center would see an old patients, only the new ones?? So,Dr. Hilal wont see me for my UC, only Nurse practitioner. Why would a doctor decide not to see an old patient, instead only a new one? Is that a new rule or what? IDK 🤷‍♀️ if that’s only in my case, or the new rule for all old patients?

Well you know I had Dr halil love how he spoke to me and everyday terms I could understand what he was telling me to do he used day to day words butt the happened to call and find out about a prescription two phone calls took 7 days to return with an answer people returning calls is horrible him not seeing me after a procedure stinks why would he not want to check on his patients after a surgery especially if they found something wrong. Always wanting to send in the nurse practitioner which is horrible by the way every time I went to the doctor's office I left so confused on what I was supposed to do I had H pylori I never got all four medicines to treat it for one for two when I can explain that to the nurse practitioner when I was in the office to hold on to go in and check with the doct

Dr Hillal is the best without a doubt. I've been going to him for many many years. The problem is his people DO NOT RETURN CALLS! It's been months of me calling and requesting some papers that the doctor himself needs and have been called every day and left messages but nothing. I've changed doctors with something I never wanted to do, but I have no choice. DR HILAL, If you only knew how they run your office and how many people you've lost because of them

Dr Hilal is simply the best. His nurses are fantastic. His billing process is horrible. I received twenty different bills for one procedure. I paid every one I got, but one still went to a collections agency. Nobody bothered calling me. Sad that I will not be back because of this.

My visit was great from checking in, to checking out. All staff was extremely efficient, polite and considerate. Everyone was very informative as to what to expect, explaining all directives clearly. Dr. HILAL took time to address all my issues and concerns. He definitely is a compassionate caring professional. I have ultimate Trust in the care I will receive from him and his staff.
