Retina hole issue.....was totally confused about the notes and what was the actual diagnosis? I had to call to receive the notes and was surprised that the notes were inaccurate. Mistated which eye it was, (guess left vs right should be clear) the procedure I was going to receive and if i needed drops, but when I called, didn't need drops. Very confusing and scary to not be given accurate info. After the lazer procedure, wasn't given any real follow up care verbally, had to Google everything afterwards. Wait times are too long. And when I addressed these issues. The Dr. Was egotistical and told me ' not to come back.'

I knew I had torn my retina on a holiday weekend. I tried to reach my Dr at The Eye Guys. Their message said, “mailbox full”. I called Dr Dhaliwal’s office. Long story short, he came back from a visit with his daughter in Atlanta, on a Sunday, to take care of me. I owe him my sight. I’m willing to wait 3 hours to see someone who is willing to drive 4 hours on a Sunday to see me.

Horrible ophthalmologist. For four long years, he promised my mom he could help her eyesight but instead, he only put her through unnecessary pain, countless and UNNECESSARY procedures and ultimately, caused her to go blind. This Doctor only cares about being paid ($$$), is a LIAR and doesn't care about his patients. My mom is dead now and his office had the audacity to send her bill owed to collections instead of working something out with her family. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Dhaliwal to my worst enemy.

I made an appointment for 3:00. I know this person can be slow, so I asked how long. I was told I would have a 3 hour wait. I took off work for this appointment, because it was the latest time I could get! Then I was asked to leave, because I objected to losing $$ because of his insensitivity to other people. Get someone that values other people and their needs. If they had called me and said they were running late, I’d have said, ok
