After living in larger cities, and struggling to find a provider’s office who seemed to be thorough and care, upon moving here I struggled with choosing a provider. My insurance assigned Dr. Randolph, and I knew I needed care, so I figured why not. I am so thankful for that, because I finally for the first time in 10 years feel in good hands with my primary care office. The staff are nice, unlike so many others I have encountered in the medical world, and Dr. Randolph is thorough, precise & has a professional, courteous attitude in his practice. What a great place to find care. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient for over 25 years and am well satisfied with the service provided . Dr Randolph takes time when seeing patients asking pertinent questions to determine the best coarse of action required . The staff is pleasant and helpful . Waiting time to see the doctor is usually less than ten minutes.Waiting time for an appointment is not more than a week usually and for urgent issues they can usually get you in fairly quickly .

My husband and I have had Dr. Randolph as our primary care doctor for 35 years. He has always taken time to listen to our concerns and address them with the utmost professionalism. My husband has an inherited condition which can make treatment difficult and often requires coordination with several clinics at Shands and he has always been amazing working with them.

Dr Tommy Randolph cares about his patients. He's very thorough and kind. He listens to me and breaks down anything I don't understand. I'm so glad I found him. And the woman behind the desk are amazing. Any time I come in they are always on point. With the best sense of humor.
