I had such a great experience with Dr. Richard Salas and his entire staff. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and needed to complete a tooth extraction quickly so I could move forward with chemotherapy treatment. His office understood the urgency and sensitivity of my situation. The office staff worked to get me an appointment immediately, which meant so much to me during such a stressful time. Dr. Salas was extremely professional, compassionate, and reassuring, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Given the circumstances, the entire experience was as smooth and positive as it could possibly be. The empathy, efficiency, and care shown by Dr. Salas and his team truly stood out. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I gotta say that when I called that this doctor performed emergency surgery as fast as they could get me in. They were professional and proficient at their work and informative. I tried reaching out to a referred dentist that specialized in emergency surgery and their response was.We have no room for you today. We can maybe schedule you for tomorrow. That's not what emergency surgery is. In case they didn't understand emergency surgery means to me to be done as soon as possible.Meaning within the next few hours. It's almost embarrassing that they advertise , they have emergency services. Randolph kept to their word and perform the surgery and did a fantastic job.And I am very thankful for the professionalism , and they honor the word of what they say. Love Doc Rosenbaum and his Nurse Peggy. They are the best. The young gal at the front desk needs customer service training. I found her to be very rude and unhelpful. I wanted to pay cash. She told me she doesn’t know if they take cash. When on my estimate it lists cash as their number one choice. She told me I don’t think so. I showed her. Nothing from her I just heard crickets. I told her according to my insurance I only pay half. She tells me you will pay in full. No helpfulness. Very rude. No smile. Very dry. She should not sit out front to be the first contact a patient deals with. She needs to be out back somewhere. Horrible customer service. Just her. Everyone else in that office was great!

I met with Dr Jessica Wollenberg. She was great! She was very thorough, very professional, and has an amazing bedside manner. I came with anxiety due to reason for the appointment (she is an oral pathologist) and she put me at ease immediately with her demeanor and thoroughness. I highly recommend Dr Wollenberg!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed today. The nurse was extraordinary- friendly, patient, helpful. The doctor was thorough, patient, friendly. They answered all our questions and laid things out in the most non-intimidating way possible. There was an issue with insurance and the sweet front desk staff dealt with that while I waited for my son. From booking the appointment to the post-procedure conversation, I could not have been happier with the process, providers, and procedures. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for wisdom teeth solutions- especially for teens.
