I recently had an appointment at the Randle, WA clinic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The clinic itself is modern and equipped with the latest technology, which immediately put me at ease. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. Jaime, the hygienist, was particularly outstanding. She was thorough, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process. The wait time was minimal, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. The procedure went smoothly, and I am very satisfied with the results. If I could give more stars I would, as someone who should and is embarrassed by how bad I let my dental care (despite everyone warning me😂😅)get during my pregnancy and even after Randle has been nothing but helpful sweet and just overall makes me happy to come in, not once have they made me feel bad about how bad I let my teeth get, I’ve never had dental care done this good and focus on the issues I have, each visit I’m feeling better about my teeth and can’t wait to keep up on them! Everyone there is so sweet and caring and they do amazing work! :)

Dr. LeMert and his staff are the best. I have had lots of work done at their clinic, and it has always been a pleasant experience. The dental hygiene team has taught me lots of new things over the years as well.

My family doesn't go to this clinic just because it's the closest to where we live. Dr. LeMert and his team are simply the best. My son was so nervous until they showed him every tool they were going to use and what it did and why they use it. They communicated through every step and made him feel like a part of the process. The hygienists are really good at giving information on correct flossing and brushing procedures, as well as foods and drinks to be careful of for gum and enamel health. A huge plus for us without insurance, they set us up on a payment plan and bill our debit card on days we picked.
