I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Dr. Peairs, an eye doctor at Northeaster eye institute. Unfortunately, my visit did not meet the professional standards I expected. He's very uncomfortable and rude and no compassion ! Despite my concerns, I felt that my issues were not addressed adequately during the consultation, and the overall service left much to be desired. Expect a long, long wait at an appointment. Typical appointment times can take hours because the office can't seem to schedule appointments in any functional way. Expect waiting at least 30 minutes to an hour after arriving on time just to get your eyes dilated and wait another hour to two hours until being seen by the doctor.

Very smart, knowledgable. Answers questions and explains what is happening. Very professional. I would put my eyesight in his hands again in a heartbeat..
