Small family owned pharmacy that really cares about their customers. I couldn't get my trigger shot over the long holiday weekend so my doctor called them and they were happy to help. They were grateful that they could serve me even though it was a Sunday over Labor Day. Jason is very personable and concerned with making your visit as smooth as possible. Definitely driving up here again if I ever need another prescription filled.

This pharmacy is simply amazing. If I could use this pharmacy for all of my medications moving forward I would. My IVF medications did not get delivered to me on time due to a FedEx error. I called this pharmacy and they helped me arrive at a solution so that I would get my medication by the time I was due to start them. I was quite distressed when I called and Jason was so caring over the phone. He eased all my worries and fixed the situation. If all companies were like this one the world would be a better place. Rancho Santa Fe Pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers! their representatives are always so friendly, kind and professional. I had called on a weekend for a refill, and Jason drove my prescription directly to FedEx so I would receive it on time! Their customer service is beyond amazing, and I would absolutely recommend them for all of your medication needs!

Just got off the phone with Jason from Rancho Santa Fe pharmacy. Jason was very personal and kind. I was unable to pick up my trigger shot on time and when I got it, it was no longer cold. I had to purchase a different medication. I left a message for Jason and he returned my call the next day and gave me a refund for my medication. It’s people like this that make infertility a little bit easier.

I'd just like to echo some of the other reviews I've read on here. We had an issue receiving our medication from FedEx. My wife emailed them and we received a call back after hours that evening and the issue was resolved immediately. They show a level of care that is so rare today and missing from all big box retail pharmacies. We are beyond grateful for the help and attention. We will undoubtedly use RSF for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of mail order medications. Great job to the team at RSF and thank you!
