Rancho Park Compounding Pharmacy

I have only had a positive experience with this pharmacy for my sons eye medication. I had to switch pharmacies for insurance reasons and I had such a bad experience after three months I switched back. They are extremely caring and helpful I give 5+++ stars.

Very expensive and takes so much time to mail out. They charged me 10x higher than my previous one. Same generic eye drop ingredients!! Is this joke? Don’t waste your money and time with these guys. I had to order somewhere else after ripped off from them! Response to below: You are misleading! I compared with another compounding pharmacy and their price is much cheaper than yours! Basically, your price is a way higher than others regardless of insurance.

I have lived in the neighborhood for over 30 years. This is the kindest group of people considering its a small, local pharmacy. More than 10 times they have gone above and beyond, calling Dr's for me for RX refills, delivering when my children are unwell after driver has already left. More recently they took the time to discuss and explain details about medication with patience and consideration to other customers. For a small, local drug store they are really a quality shop.

Called in the morning to have a prescription for my cat. My vet faxed the prescription no later than noon. I called 2 hours later and was told the script was in but I had to talk to the supervisor as to when it would be ready. He would call me when he returned from lunch. No call. I called about 4:00 and a rep or manager, his name was Rob, said the prescription just got in and it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday after 5:00. Rob was quick to take my financial info to insure the med I needed 5 days earlier, the morning of, would be paid for. I called AHS pharmacy on Palms and Overland and they would have it ready in an hour and a half. Cancelled my order at Rancho Pharmacy. Guess who gets my business now?

Unresponsive initially. Had to re-route the prescription to a different pharmacy that was able to have it ready same day. Pharmacist ultimately followed up with me, but delay wasn’t feasible for me.
