Rancho Mirage Health and Rehabilitation Center

The staff, nurses, social worker were so exceptionally caring. The environment was pleasant, safe and responsive. The food was decent and the overall experience as productive and given the circumstances, as enjoyable as possible. If we ever need this type of care again we will make sure it is with Rancho Mirage healthcare and rehab. (We had to have him transferred from another facility that was awful, so we have a lot to compare)! A safe place for your family member who needs care!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place ! My Mom was in and out for about 3 mos as she fought cancer ! Every single person was so kind . Elise was always so helpful and kind and truly cared about us and my Mom. I observed a lot one day at Bingo with my Mom and so many employees came in to say hi to patients and hug them ! It was truly heartwarming . I never once worried about my Mom there ! She passed away there on April 26th and the compassion and care we received was so wonderful. Her nurses that she was friends with came in to say goodbye because they knew on their next shift she wouldn’t be there , and her p/t guy did the same ! Elise called me after and cried with me . My sister was in Hospice at this facility for three weeks and she was in such kind, loving and capable hands. The staff was professional, helpful, caring and supportive and they made this difficult time easier because of their care and experience. I can't recommend them more highly.

My father was admitted to this facility and he received wonderful service. The nursing staff was very professional and attentive. The receptionist Jackie was friendly and the case manager Elsie was very thorough in answering my questions. He can't wait to come back!

Had a family friend stay here and the staff took amazing care of him. Literally everyone was so helpful and polite and genuinely caring. Thank you so much - you really made his stay pleasant. Also, very clean here which we all appreciated.
