It took me a few years to find Dr. Arranz after my dentist of 40 years retired. A hard act to follow. After visiting about 10 dentists from small to ridiculously large offices, I found Dr. Arranz. She is real, she is compassionate, she is lovely, and she is a stellar dentist. And her office staff is the same, very approachable and knowledgable. I would recommend her and Rancho Dental to anyone who asks.

I've been to Dr. Arranz for a few years now and am always impressed by her and her staff. I've recommended her to my sisters and they love her too. Nothing pretentious about her office, and she too is very down to earth and friendly. I just had a crown put on and it is perfect! She made sure of that, and again, I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great dentist. Update on that review: I needed some cosmetic repair and I was so impressed by the time and care Dr.Arranz and her assistant took to do the job beautifully. Couldn't be better!
