Rancho Compounding Pharmacy

First time using a compound pharmacy and had a great experience. Staff was super responsive and answered my call to check on status. Even offered to deliver my prescription same day which was super helpful! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will use again!

This pharmacy is amazing!!!! I have never had such a personal experience and the level of care and follow up. They go out of their way to make sure I’m taken care of, my family will be loyal for years to come! AMAZING!

A true neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacist is kind, responsive and really cares about the patients. It has been a long time since I had a good experience, let alone such a wonderful experience with a pharmacy. Will definitely be coming here again and would recommend Rancho Pharmacy to anyone who is tired of pharmacies that don't answer calls, don't answer questions and overall, just don't seem to care about their patients.

Fantastic experience! Like several other people I went there for precautionary testing for covid, due to exposure over the weekend. These ladies are working incredibly hard trying to accommodate walk-ins wanting to be tested. I followed the protocol and logged in on the website and gave a phone call and they were professional, prompt, and beyond courteous. It takes special people do a job like this and I hope everyone reciprocates considerateness, common sense, patience, and voices appreciation to these folks. 😊

I landed in San Diego on New Year’s Eve and shortly after received a call I may have been exposed to COVID. I couldn’t find testing anywhere so I went to Rancho Pharmacy and didn’t have an appointment. The lady working (by herself!) said she’ll get me tested, just be patient as she had to get to all the appointment people first. She then hustled her way car to car to test and also tell the walk-ins, I’ll get to you, I won’t go home until everyone tests. I finally got tested and she thanked us for being so kind as others had not been, which I don’t understand given how hard this woman was working. Just a classy woman and pharmacy. She deserves all the stars I can give on this review and I hope she finally got to rest on New Years.
