Absolutely shady and unprofessional. They promised a specific service with a specific doctor, then pulled a last-minute bait-and-switch with a different, clearly less experienced doctor without proper notice or consent. Pricing is outrageously high compared to the market, and after taking your money they leave you alone to deal with insurance headaches. Would never go back and would warn others to stay far away.

Dr. Trung Nguyen is awesome! I was referred by my dentist for periodontal treatment and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Nguyen over other doctors. Dr. Nguyen was professional, very skillful, attentive and friendly. He explained my treatment plan thoroughly, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns and calm my dental anxiety before surgery. I was impressed of the personal care Dr. Nguyen provided, especially after surgery, he followed up with a phone call and text which was comforting to me. I'm extremely happy with Dr. Nguyen, I highly recommend him.
