Rampart Family Dental Center

The office staff and general atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. My rating is based on my last experience having a cap replaced after cracking a tooth. The cap, overall was almost $2000.00 after all the various steps required for sending the cap measurements out to another lab. When the cap came in, it was put in place by a physicians assistant, NOT the dentist. I experienced leakage which eventually stopped but even while sitting there receiving the cap and having it fit to my bite, I kept thinking that the dentist should be doing this, NOT an assistant.

My fiance and I went here to get a cleaning. He left terrified and has been mentally not okay ever since. The tech not only messed up his xrays so he had to get more.... but she told him he had an infection and that he would have to clear that before a cleaning could be done. Sure.... that's fine but when he asked about the antibiotics she said "Its not that type of infection." Yet they told him if he didn't get cleaned up things would get even worse. He left feeling so helpless. Rampart Dentist basically scared him and sent him on his way. We ended up getting a second opinion from another dentist. They immediately got him on antibiotics. How do you tell someone they have an infection, but not give them the proper stuff to treat it? No empathy at this dentist whatsoever.

My husband was referred to this office by a family member. He has had multiple teeth pulled and has never had the experience he had there. My husband informed the dentist that he struggles to be numbed. He expressed he has never been in that much pain when a tooth was pulled. The dentist also told him that he needed to quiet down while he is yanking out his tooth. We were going to work with this office about all of our dental needs, but after this we will not return.

I had such a great experience at Rampart Family Dental Center. The staff is great! Dr Morill pulled 4 teeth and no pain whatsoever, not even the next day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rampart Family Dental Center.

My husband yesterday had the best dental experience in years. And I know he is picky. Dr Morill removed and replaced an old gold filling with modern materials. He and Hannah were very experienced, professional and made the procedure totally painless. Their offices are bright and up to date equipment. We will be back and highly recommend this practice.
