I have multiple health issues and have been using this pharmacy for 3-4 years. Everyone here has been so helpful, professional, friendly and courteous. I've had questions about adding an herbal supplement and always check with them for possible drug interactions. This is the best pharmacy for my needs

The staff is very friendly, compassionate, and professional. There has never been more than one person in line in front of me. But more importantly, they have worked harder to get prescriptions through sometimes than my own doctor's office. Even though I can get prescriptions filled at no cost at Costco, I would rather pay a copay at Ralph's Temecula.

The pharmacist working on Nov 18, 2024 at 11:30am is a complete joke. The pharmacy tech was trying to ask a question for me, but she couldn’t hear because she had AIR PODS in her ears!!! She even had them on when she began the pharmacist consult!!! People who work at McDonalds do not wear AIR PODS while working!!!! BEWARE PEOPLE !!! THIS LADY OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT TAKE HER JOB SERIOUSLY!

I appreciate there's a legitimate opioid problem out there but many of us need opioid to help us keep working. Some of the staff here treat you like you're getting dope to get high. They judge you. I only like dealing with Cheyenne, Juliane or Caroline. The rest of them like to assume. They don't know about your rheumatoid arthritis or MS. We shouldn't have to justify what our doctor gives us.
