I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ralphs and Chase Bank for facilitating my recent purchase. Thanks to their support, I was able to successfully complete my transaction and have food on my plate this afternoon. Do NOT go to this place!!! Today, at 6 pm, i went to pick some pills for my mother in law. They said, there aren't any pills ready for my mother in law. I told them i just called in before i came and you guys said it was ready ( this wasn't first time). Any way, they told me to go to next window and wait. after 10 minutes later, a lady told me that pills were ready and i need to go back to the end of line again to pick them up. This place is very horrible and i will never go back to this place again. No customer services what so ever!!!

Questionable on the pharmacist. Went into picking up COVID medication before closing. Doctor told that it will only take few mins to prep and arrived few mins before closing. The lady pharmacist told that they are about to close and cant prepare the medication and kept telling me to go to CVS. Called the doctor back to change the pharmacy. Even doctor said it does not make sense that they refused to provide the medication before closing. I am not there to pick up any bandage but very disappointed at this very inhumane and unprofessional level of service. I don’t know how good she is but this is the first time I ever had this type of experience at the pharmacy in my entire life. MAKE SURE going there few hours before closing so that we would not bother her going home on time.

I used to get great customer service at this pharmacy, but lately there seems to be all new incompetent staff. These people are not notifying me that they're out of certain medications until I arrive to pick them up at the time THEY told me to pick them up. They're giving me only half of a prescription for a yeast infection, which any woman knows is risky to not finish the round of antibiotics for. Why couldn't they have just notified me they didn't have enough to fill the full prescription and let me take it elsewhere? This is a very time sensitive prescription. It still says "in progress" several days after the initial pick-up date and is therefore unable to be transferred to another pharmacy, even a different Ralph's location. Not to mention that I spent an actually insane amount of tim
