Rally Massage

I've started going to Lauren regularly and she is the first massage therapist I've felt it is worth going back to. She has helped with my sciatica pain and brought awareness to my shoulder tightness, and has taught me stretches to help with both between appointments. Additionally, scheduling is easier than most (not generally booked too far out) and cost is reasonable (and worth it!). Bonus is she's also a very nice person who is easy to talk to! Highly recommend!

I was recommended by a friend to this new medical massage therapist located inside Riverfront Chiropractic. I had a massage here this morning, and while Lauren is new, she has a wealth of knowledge and was able to help with all my sore and tight muscles on my back and shoulders. I'm definitely going to be coming back soon and I can't recommend her enough!

Lauren gave me a custom massage for all my needs and it was a great use of time and money spent. She is very knowledgeable about the muscle groups and imbalances and how to correct them. Loved the uniques techniques and stretches! A+++

Being 14 weeks pregnant (first time), she took very good care of me. Making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Actually, she found a spot that was tight that I had no clue was tight. Miracle worker right there. Afraid to give too good of review because she'll then book up much further in advance. Almost wanted to keep it my secret, but this is what this platform is for. Keep good business afloat. I'm glad I went local.
