all the employees in the pharmacy are helpful and knowledgeable to make sure the medications I have prescribed are compatible with each other also if something my insurance might not cover! I also like the app. Easy to use

A suggestion for the pharmacy manager to tell their staff to not promise wait times they can't keep. One hour turns into two and a half then the staff gets upset with you for asking if it's ready yet. If it's going to be two and a half hours just tell patients that you are busy and it will be that long. I understand being busy and stretched thin on staff but lying to patients will only make the issue worse.

I had a prescription sent 19 days ago. I just found out about my medication being out of stock today, the day I ran out and was supposed to get more... am I wrong for expecting some form of notice that I wont be able to get my medication? seems kind of important but what do I know...

Heather is great. She went above and beyond for my husband after his surgery for insurance to approve his prescription refill. Elisa M, is no where near professional. I don’t know if she’s not from this country, but the way she treats her customers (arrogant & rude) is ridiculous. She’s not working with the Drs offices or the insurance, so there should be no reason why she shakes her head (twirling her hair, telling me medicine doesn’t just appear, it takes time) when we walk up to pick up our prescription. It’s non of her concern that we had been fighting with the insurance for the medical board to approve the request because the pharmacy unable to fill a full dosage. I was not even working with you all day long. It does not take much energy to be nice.

They manage to fill medication, that's the only nice thing I can say. I am a understanding person, I work in healthcare........ The customer service is horrible, poor communication, long wait times, overall its a poorly ran pharmacy. It really is a shame as it was the best pharmacys in the area for many years. I strong recommend going literally anywhere else
