Raleigh Radiology-Fuquay Varina

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a CT scan done at Raleigh Radiology and I was very impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I called to schedule, the process was quick and easy, no endless hold times or confusing back-and-forth, just straightforward, efficient scheduling that respected my time. When I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel completely at ease. For some people, medical imaging appointments can feel a little intimidating, but the team here was very friendly and would likely put nervous folks much more relaxed with their genuine friendliness and professionalism. The building was clean and nice. The lady at the front desk was sweet and very helpful. I only had to wait a minute until I was called by the lady doing my cat scan. She was so pleasant and professional, she made an effort to make sure I was comfortable in the position I was put in for the scan. All around great experience 10/10

The location is close to home, so it is convenient. The IV insertion was painless. Christie is professional yet warm--she made me feel calm. The process was smoother than I anticipated. Additionally, the results were quickly released to my primary care physician.

Preregistering before my visit made check in easier. After notifying the front desk I'd arrived, my wait time was about 5-7 minutes before being called. The technician was friendly and thorough in performing my exam. Overall my visit was pleasant and stress free.

Everyone at this facility is so kind.Karla especially, is sweet and gentle. Even when I have been in pain and needed to have an x-ray, she manages to make me feel at ease and comfortable. It is so clean!
