Raleigh Radiology-Clayton

I traveled 3 hours to get an MRI at the Knightdale location to use the Open MRI - I received my report that the images were so poor that they could not be diagnostically interpreted. I incurred the cost of a hotel room, a round trip of 6 hours and the cost of the MRI to receive images that were too poor to interpret. I received one prompt from the technician related to holding my breath during the visit nothing to indicate the images were unclear. Why not check the images before I left especially knowing I traveled 3 hours? I now have to have the images related (will not be using Raleigh Radiology) and will have to incur costs a second time.

This place is wonderful. The people were so kind and friendly. My radiologist Kim made me feel so at ease during my mammogram! It was the best mammogram experience of my 64 years, and started with a nice warm Smock to put on!

I was in and out in 15 min! It was great! Barbara was especially wonderful. I just love her so much! She makes the experience so easy and relaxing. Please let her know how amazing she is!

Excellent bed side manner and attentive service. From the front desk at reception all the way through the procedure there was kindness and attention to detail. They made what could’ve been an unpleasant experience feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Julia was super helpful and sweet at the front desk! Racheal was amazing with my imaging, very kind and sweet! She also played some really relaxing tunes to make it so there wasn’t any awkward silence lol! You ladies rock, thank you so much!! 🫶🏼
