Rainbow Pediatrics

Dr. Vibha Sanwal is a real life saver! We were very lucky that she could accommodate our little baby as a new patient. The office location, in Lewes, is very convenient. Very close to everything we had to do and everywhere we had to go in such crucial initial days of Mia's life, like as the hospital and major pharmacies. Dr. Sanwal is also always available to get back to us whenever we have questions and it was always easy to schedule visits. We feel very well taken care of. Definitely recommend it!

Just received a letter saying they will no longer be our doctor because of a “breakdown in patient/physician relationship.” Ummm? Okay? WTH does that even mean?! So now that our little one is over a year and won’t need all the money maker vaccinations and well visits they discharge us? Wow! Never thought they were anything to write home about, but it’s hard to find local doctors with any openings. So be warned about this practice if you are looking for a pediatrician for the long haul!

I'm not sure what their record keeping system is, but there is some sort of disconnect between this office and the records that are obtained there (considering they do not work out of the Lewes location everyday). I've had 2 separate issues with them not keeping record of an influenza vaccination and testing, that I received paperwork from the Lewes locataion for, there was no record of them giving it to me. I called in to follow up to make sure if they received the teachers portion sent in last week and they didn't have it. So I guess someone took it off the fax machine and threw away personal and important information regarding my child??? They can't seem to find it. Very frustrating, considering they are responsible, as a doctor/ doctors office, of keeping this information. Everyone is

You can rest assured that your children will be well taken care of at this practice! The Sanwal’s are amazing physicians and their staff is friendly and easy to work with. Very accommodating and thorough.
