Rainbow Dental

I've had 2 visits. Dental hygienist is amazing. I believe they only have one. She was so friendly and cleaned my teeth well. She gets 5 stars. I did not like the dentist. If the dental hygienist isn't available, the dentist and dental assistance will clean the teeth. The dentist gave me inconsistent feedback, and so did the assistant. I was told I have multiple small cavities. Both the dentist and assistant struggled to show me where on the x-rays, and each showed me different teeth. It did not give me any confidence in the location of the cavities. During the cleaning, he pinched my gums multiple times, and it was the most uncomfortable cleaning I've ever had. I'll be finding another dentist. Edit: Found my new dentist 6 months later for cleaning. Said I have 0 cavities.

I made the mistake of going to another dentist because it was closer to my home but I ran back here so quick. I will gladly drive 25 mins to this location! I love my dental hygienist (Corrine)! She is so gentle and kind. She doesn't make me feel uncomfortable! Also, she is so professional!! I absolutely love her! Also, Dr. Hernanadez is just as amazing! He doesn't push unnesscessary procedures and also very gentle and patient! You won't regret it…jist make the appointment!

Just moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I was looking for a small private practice versus a large chain company. Honestly, this is like a small hometown office. Everyone is so friendly. I don’t have many major dental problems, other than I’m not a regular flosser and every few years I find myself needing a deep cleaning. Once again, I needed one. I’ve has this done 3 times before, all at different offices in places I formerly lived. This is a pretty invasive procedure and I’ve always been given analgesia. I’ve had nerve blocks and numbing gels. I didn’t feel anything with the nerve block and had some pain with the gel, but when they wear off, the pain is pretty impressive for a day or two. When I went to have the hygienist do my deep cleaning today, she told me she doesn’

I've literally been calling here for two days and it just goes straight to voicemail saying "you have reached the voicemail of chicken." Then when I went in 3 days ago, I spoke with the lady at the desk and we were at an understanding of what I needed. She then calls me later to preach at me about my insurance and what I'm allowed. I applied for the insurance ma'am. I know what my benefits include and I know what is covered. She made it take way longer and way more frustrating. I honestly would like to just find a new dentist at this point.
