I had an exceptional experience at Railroad Dental office, and I want to highlight just how impressive every part of the visit was. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the entire team made me feel welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for. The front desk staff set the tone right away with their friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with a smile, checked me in quickly, and were incredibly organized. Dr. Milton is outstanding and knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring. He took the time to explain every step of the exam and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. By far, the best dental care that I have ever experienced! The staff is professional and personable. They are empathetic and go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. Everything that they are going to do is explained clearly and thoroughly. Dr. Nyo was amazing. Best shot giver ever! I barely felt a thing. I may get over my fear of dentists now.

I always have a positive experience with Dr. Ngo. He is extremely friendly and professional. I never see him negatively interact with his staff or other patients. It is always a pleasure to be seen by him. I have full confidence in his abilities and I am glad he is my dentist.

I had my first visit today after a few years of avoiding the dentist due to unpleasant experiences at other locations. I met Danielle & Dr. Lee today & they were both so great. Danielle was through with my cleaning, personable & friendly, and the same could be said about Dr. Lee. The front desk staff was also welcoming! Would greatly recommend this place to anyone in search for a new dental office! Edit: still loving my experience, just wanted to add Natalia to the list. Super personable, sweet and friendly! My mom went in for a light cleaning, as she gets her deep cleaning and gum treatment from another dentist. Upon arrival, she let them know she’s here for a cleaning which is covered by her insurance. The dentist, Dr. Ian Milton, saw my mom for 5 minutes and took, what my mom described as, “a million X-rays”. Susan, identified as “admin” on their website, and Carolina, a hygienist, came in afterwards and told my mom she needed gum treatment and various other procedures. My mom let them know she was scheduled to get her gum treatment next week. They asked for proof. (What???) They continued to push off the light cleaning, stating it could be done another time, and eventually said all of her teeth would likely fall out soon.
