It's impossible to be as incompetent as these folks. I'm sure the pharmacist is great and what not, but the front of staff really really do not like talking to customers. Nor are they very knowledgeable about medicine at all! A guy kept telling me a very common medicine that literally grows in the ground is a controlled substance, and after the fourth time saying "it's controlled" I convinced him that it's not. He then floundered around asking me the dosage and how the medicine looks (despite it just being on my chart) before saying they do not carry this (despite it being filled by this very pharmacy before). If I could get back the 25 minutes of my life that I wasted, I would. But I can't, so I just hope no one else has to waste their time on these guys.

Rahma pharmacy has consistently failed to meet even the most basic expectations. If you’re dealing with a serious condition like cancer, beware—this place expects you to physically show up and wait 30 to 40 minutes (or longer) for your medication to be prepared, even if you’ve called ahead. Their delivery service is no better—always late, and never reliable. I’ve tried calling in advance to request pickup, hoping to avoid the wait, but every time I arrive, the medication is still not ready. It’s as if they have no regard for the urgency or sensitivity of their patients’ needs. This level of carelessness is not just inconvenient—it’s dangerous. Patients with life-threatening illnesses.

They have rude employee. He try to act too smart, but is very rude. I just switched over to Madina Pharmacy this past month and they’ve been really kind and helpful.

Very poor service. Called them specifically for 2 scripts without asking they were filling refills which was least concern on my side.

Worst service ever, picking up medication shouldn’t be such struggle.
