As a new patient, everyone made me feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. Dr. Ragan is a great doctor. She thoroughly examined my eyes, and explained the results in detail. My insurance covered a majority of the visit, including glasses! I left feeling very pleased with the excellent customer service.

My job changed insurance companies and Ragan Eye Care does not accept this insurance and I truly understand. I called and set up an appointment because I don't want to change doctors. Dr. Ragan is a rare gem, she truly cares about her patients and very thorough with each exam. They treat you like family and I love that. You rarely find that with health care professionals nowadays. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Ragan and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They are caring and very attentive. Dr. Ragan takes her time to make sure everything is correct before you leave the office. She listens to you and answers all your questions. Dr. Ragan and her staff should teach a Master Class on how to treat your patients when they are in your establishment. I would recommend everyone to switch over to Dr. Ragan for their eye exams. You will love it.

I just love Dr. Regan and her staff! She is patient and personal. She takes time to listen to your concerns and ALWAYS gives positive advice. I got an eye exam and lost my prescription 4 times. Every time I needed her help or any of the staff, they didn't hesitate. She has a website online that makes scheduling and appointment a breeze; her office is clean an comfortable. She's thorough and gives positive recommendations. She is proactive to new suggestions and will help you work out trying new things. She's the best optometrist in Mississippi! I highly recommend her.
