Rafi Dental Group

Rafi Dental group has been my dental choice for the past year and a half, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Dr. Rafi and his team are experts in their field and always make me feel in good hands. We love the office because it's always clean and they offer us excellent service. But what really stands out is how they treat my son. He loves coming to the dentist because they're always very kind and caring with him. When he's had to undergo extraction treatments, they always try to distract him with conversation or put on movies on the TV to make him feel more comfortable. It's amazing how they manage to make him feel relaxed and secure in an environment that can be intimidating for many kids. Warm and welcoming lobby with friendly staff. I brought my daughters (4 & 8 years) in for a first time cleaning at this dental group. Making a pleasant experience can make or break the idea of going to the dentist for kids and this has made it easier to return.

My daughter went in for root canal. They made her feel extremely comfortable and myself as the mother. Of course we are all nervous about sedation but they made me feel so comfortable. Amazing service. Great receptionist and doctors!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Mona and her team at the Dr. Rafi Group in Tustin, and I cannot recommend them enough for children. My daughter is 6 years old, and Dr. Mona was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough throughout the entire visit. She took the time to clearly explain the procedure for installing a crown, walked us through the entire process step by step, and made sure we understood all the available options. She never rushed us and gave us plenty of time to decide what was best for our daughter. Dr. Mona also provided regular feedback and updates, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind as parents. The staff deserves special recognition as well. All the personal stuff was wonderful since we had a first conversation by phone and then being at the office was even better. They were great with my daughter, caring, gentle. They keep me informed of everything they were doing to my daughter, before, during and after the procedures. It was great!
