Dr. Rafael Mandela is so rude to his nurses and to his patients you don’t see him when you have an appointment you see his assistant. he doesn’t like For him to repeat himself Twice.We had a visit and he sent a nurse to tell me for my son to be quiet. He was making too much noise. How do u tell A children with special needs to be quiet.

This has got to be the worst Dr/person I have ever come across. If you don’t like children you should have been a different type of Dr! Not to mention his whole office was burning hot! I had to walk out of the appointment because he was extremely rude to my daughter (which is 6 years and has autism) and me!

1 star is much to rate this doctor! He is by far the most rude person I have ever had to deal with. He is rude and does not explain results. He reads them. Expects you to know what everything means and provides no recommendations. He shouldn't be practicing in this field, particularly because he deals with children and he has no patience. How is it that he is all we have in the lower valley? I find it very hard to believe that he makes children laugh. He is in such a hurry to get you out of the room, he has no time to care for his patients.

It's always a issue with getting ahold of someone not to mention the dr isn't the type to listen or care about the kids, I mean if your major is in neurology maybe he should have done another career especially with kids, you can't really understand what he says he mumbles and talks low, last time I went didn't even see him seen his N.A. and she was a bit rid too...

Hate this office, doctor had zero patience with kids and they do whatever they want. They sent us months ago to get tests done at DHR, and they canceled a day before the test (hospital). We have been waiting for a new appointment since then. My husband had to call them and basically demand a new one. And now we have to see the doctor again so he can send the request for the new appointment and see if the insurance will want to cover it since it's been too long. Which it's completely their freaking fault. Please don't go here and save yourself all the trouble and headaches.
