I came here first time WITH an appt once I got here the lady in the front she couldn’t be more rude she was like we canceled your appt this morning what are you serious I drove 1 hour to get here now I can see why they have horrible reviews I don’t blame all these people if you hate your children so much I recommend this place I over heard this lady getting so mad as well and the they don’t care they just talk over you best world they say have a good day not a sorry or anything this place is a joke I’m glad my toddler did not go in I would say best place to bring your children if you truly hate your kids they don’t care I will not be bring my child here if they treat people like this what makes you think they will treat kids good.

They are terrible! Arrogant and self entitled! When you have no competition you have no motivation to be good. I’ve never had a good experience at Rady’s. Always late and an attitude of “whatever” or “ I don’t really care”. Sandy Kohler is the worst doctor I have ever met. She is rude and arrogant! She even said “ I care too much” during our argument. Really? Like a bad novel or movie. Terrible person. Will never go back to her. But what other options do I have? Drive to Los Angeles?

I don't recommend it to anyone. It's the worst optician shop in California ever. In every way they're bad. Bad face-to-face service, bad phone service (they never answer the phone, you can try it yourself and they still tell you to leave a message and they call you back, but I called for 5 consecutive days and they never return the call). It seems that there is a shortage of people to work with and the environment is very small and cramped. It is expensive and the service is of poor quality. They don't help you at all and they never answer at the scheduled time, so you always have to pay $4 for parking over 30 minutes. It's a pity. I don't recommend it to anyone. It's California's worst optical shop ever.

Do not go to this optometrist if your kid is autistic! They have 0 patience and seem to hate kids. They forced my son to get his eyes dilated, which he had never done before. She made us hold him down while she did it, then got annoyed that it made him upset the rest of the appt. She seemed to be more concerned with the equipment in the office than her patient. She then decided she couldn't finish the exam and tried to tell us my son needed to be put under anesthesia for all future appts. She didn't even give us a new prescription for his glasses! I found an optometrist closer to us that handles his exams just fine, and helped him get over his fear of the optometrist, which she caused. (He never had a problem with them before.) Every time we come on time and early, we sit anywhere from 20-30 mins to be seen. Even with an 8am first appt of the day. The doctors and staff seem good. And they are booked up usually very far in advance so it took 6 months for us to actually get an appointment. It costs $ to park with no validation. IDK, I have mixed feelings about it.
