Was a great experience helping those children with chronic illnesses. To see their faces while volunteering is a tremendous honor and privilege for me.

I arrived on time for my appointment, having completed all the required forms online beforehand. Upon checking in, the front desk collected my copay and asked me several questions for about 10 minutes, only to then inform me that I had 'missed' my appointment because I hadn’t arrived 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. After a one-hour drive to the clinic, I was forced to wait another hour to be seen by a different PA. I also noticed other patients experiencing similar wait times. Additionally, the front desk was unprofessional and disrespectful, making teasing remarks during the check-in process.

Had to schedule the appointment 6 months out. A week before they called and rescheduled, a few days later I got a message noting the time had changed. Showed up for the appointment and waited over an hour past the appointment time to even get into a room, where I'm told we will have a student and not the Dr we were scheduled to see. So not only did I have to take off work, and pay for an extra hour in the parking lot, we didn't even get the Dr we were supposed to see. When another Dr came in to check on the student and examine my child, she completely ignored me, no introduction and ignored my question. Then we were told to schedule a follow up but noone was at the front when we left. Incredibly unprofessional and an absolutely terrible way to treat families. Over 2 hours to see a Dr for

I wouldn't give this location one star. Although the staff was professional. The wait time was 4 hours as I watched the hopital clear out from about 100 families, there I was still there. I expressed my concerns about the long wait and the receptionist replied "the normal other families waited longer". It was only obvious that this health care facility is highly under staffed and that is so unprofessional. I felt the staff being overwhelmed and us parents anxious to see if our children is safe. My son fever was 104.8, he was vomiting and complaining about a headache and never got seen. It has to be more available hospitals for children.

I’m sad to see how low the rating is here. Yes appointments take a long time because it’s a high demand childrens practice that gets tons of referrals from doctors because they’re great at what they do. My now three year old saw Dr. Schairer for his eczema between about 6-18 months of age. Now he rarely gets a flare up and it’s typically due to weather changes and we know how to handle it. My two month old is showing signs of eczema as well and I very much plan on bringing her to Dr. Schairer as well even though I know I’ll have to wait, because I know her skin will be taken care of.
