Radiology | UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion

This office is great. I've always been treated with dignity and respect in the UCSF Radiology department at Mt. Zion. The receptionist is always sweet, she greets everyone with a smile. The technicians are also friendly and efficient, so they can work fast, and the X-ray is over before you know it. At this office, I've never been left freezing on an ice cold X-ray table for long, which I appreciate. They accept walk ins at this location, which is awesome but sometimes they're very busy so it may be bit of a wait, but it's not that bad. My only complaint would be that you can't schedule ahead of time with this office online, like on my chart. All the other offices are offered on the list, but this one, so that's weird, but not a deal breaker. So, I usually just walk in, though it would be

I'm speaking on behalf of a friend who's currently dealing with their own diseases. They could very well be on the brink of Death. They were supposed to be given surgery, but no! The surgeon just had to dismiss them outright! Leaving them to fend for themselves! This should be grounds for bankruptcy! How these doors are open, I'll never know. Do not go to this place if you're looking for genuine medical professionals to help one in need.

Really weird experience. The lady who was helping check in was so angry at everyone for no reason. It sounded like she was stressed out with checking in 5 patients at the same time but how is it any patient’s problem lol. Everyone was patiently waiting while she verbally expressed how she hated her job. Just insane

Insane, if you want to schedule an appointment over the phone make sure you have 6 hours of free time , they will put you on hold for ever
