Amazing MRI experience. Brand new machines, great care, and the MRI only took 15 min! For comparison, I had an MRI at Saint Marys and it took almost 45 minutes and was clearly much older equipment. The trailers are a little hard to find - if you’re looking up ofarrel at the emergency center, it’s to the right at 350 st joseph at the crosswalk intersection and you walk down a ramp into a building, then go down the stairs. Or you can turn into the trailer parking lot itself directly off Geary and park next to them for free. Good luck!

Cannot thank Rene enough to calm my claustrophobia anxiety down so that I could go through MRI. Thank you so much. Cannot appreciate enough.

This review is for the “MRI Trailer”. I had an MRI at this location, and the service was terrible. When I arrived to the front desk, the person barely acknowledged me and rushed me to fill out the paperwork. And then in the trailer, the person administering the MRI kept rushing me in the same strange way. When they were adding contrast in the middle of the MRI, they kept missing the vein, and I felt like I was going to pass out. When I previously had an MRI at the Kaiser hospital down the street, the service and experience were 5-stars and excellent. Not sure what was going on here the day I went, but it seemed like it was an overflow location for MRI’s.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service and the MRI technician was so crass and rude.

Just done of my MRI at this location at 6:30 am ,staffs are very nice and friendly, professional and fast .
